"breakfast was good, just ran out of some items because there was a group of hungry hockey kids. some items are available 24 hrs. Tea, coffee, apples, that was nice. Staff was always pleasant. "
"We stayed at the Cantilever Hotel at the start of spring and really loved the location. It’s about 10–15 minutes from the airport and just a stone’s throw from the river.
Although trains pass by occasionally, it didn’t bother us at all. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like ear plugs and a sound machine for a better night’s rest.
The staff were very friendly and professional. The drinks at the hotel’s restaurant and bar were fantastic, especially since they have their own distillery.
We’d love to come back again in the summer!"

"The bathroom was dirty (hair in tub, black grime around taps that came loose and went all over the sink when wet - gross!
The carpet was not vacuumed - lots of dust around the desk.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The smoke detector light was really bright and shined down in our faces all night.
I left after one night of the originally planned 2-night stay, but they still charged me for the second night because they didn't get 24 hours notice - even though I checked out at 8am.
The front desk person said someone would call me about this, but they didn't. I called to request a manager and was asked to leave my number for a call back, which i did. Still no call. The next time I called I spoke with the manager (Jay) who told me he'd call me back the next day, but he didn't.
I was not asking for a refund for the night that I stayed, but they did not have to charge me for that second night. Especially when I left because it was unsatisfactory!"

"The building was condemned, I didn't stay there. I had to get a different hotel. I've tried to get a refund from hotels.com and you won't give me one. Check my file, I've sent multiple emails and direct messages through X. I've shared an image of the notice that was on the locked door of the office of the hotel that clearly states the property is not suitable for human inhabitants. "
"This is a bare bones vintage motor court. It had everything we needed. It was clean and safe. My only complaint was the somewhat overpowering smell of disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe dial that back a bit. Good value so don’t pass it by if you need a place to stay. "
