「Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.」

Service 10/10」

「It’s a cute boutique hotel. Facilities are lovely and clean and the room is comfortable. If you stay on the seaside of the hotel you might be disturbed by the traffic noises (not a problem for me). Insulation not perfect if you need absolute quietness.」

「This hotel is gorgeous.. every detail is so aesthetic. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the spa area - everything was beyond beautiful. The service is top-notch. The breakfast was the best ever. I would love to be back one day. 100 out of 10, exceed expectations!」

「The place is really good just have one problem they charge me 6$ for a cup of tea cant get over it」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「All the staff members were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always available whenever we needed assistance and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mustafa, the night shift staff member, who went above and beyond to help us. He was always kind, welcoming, and ready to assist us with everything we needed. He gave us great recommendations, helped us find the best places to visit, and guided us on how to get around so we could make the most of...

「Great apartments, staff very helpful, perfect location, no complaints.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained, with excellent facilities that make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of Istiklal Street, restaurants, shops, and many attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was extremely...
