"The food selection seemed limited and many of the restaurants were closed. We had a large conference there and the wait for food was outrageous. I booked an Ada room and it wasn't ada friendly at at. No rails in the bathroom, a threshold in the shower made it difficult to get in, the bed was extremely high, no lower peep hole. Darryl, was extremely helpful in securing a shower chair for me as no shower bench was in the bathroom . She also tried to find me a different room as none were available even though I called to make sure I could be accommodated."

"I booked my room for my daughter’s graduation. We had a medical emergency which caused us to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel and left them a message stating we were arriving late. After driving 12 hours and getting there late after 7pm they told me my room was cancelled and they were already booked. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where to take my family for the night. Terrible that they didn’t even try to reach me before giving up my reservation. They also charged me. Terrible service. I would not recommend for anyone to trust this place."

"nice decor, but a little rundown. Clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Easy and free parking and good location. Good value for the money. Could do better with details: nice big screen in room, but something wrong with display so all channels looked fuzzy. Had microwave and minifridge which was nice. Coffeemaker in room, but no coffee. body wash dispenser in shower didn't work. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner. No closet in room. No blackout curtains so there was some light in room from well lit courtyard all night. Bedding and towels was clean but weathered."

"When I initially checked in the Girl told me that they canceled my reservation then she made me book another reservation for an extra hundred dollars a night. Then when I entered the room, it was filthy. Disgusting. I have pictures of the bathroom filthy the hair. The floors were black the sheets look like they never been cleaned. I ended up sleeping in my car because it was a holiday weekend and no other hotels in the area were open This was the absolute worst day of my entire life. I had to sleep in my car like a human piece of garbage."
