"We Valet parked, any staff we encountered was very friendly and said hello, asked if we needed help. Will definitely stay again."

"Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too "

"Gave us a different room than what we booked claiming they don’t have that type available during renovations (yet had available to choose online and pay the extra for). Yes, the hotel is under construction, but the cleanliness is not good and customer service was awful. It had snowed quite a bit & they had no one plowing or shoveling. Just a terrible experience and no empathy from staff who placed their inconveniences back on us, stating “it only was a small amount more you paid & still got a good price anyway when I asked for a refund on the extra I had paid for the upgrade I didn’t get. Will never stay here again! "
