「The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night.」

「The location of the property was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the lack of smart features on the TV was a major drawback. Additionally, it was disappointing that many areas of the property were closed for maintenance, and no snack-style food was served anywhere outside the main building. 「The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms」
