Unfortunately the hotel is less than expected and the staff are unfriendly and very rude. We asked them to provide an extra bed. We paid for the extra bed, and we were surprised that the bed was a mattress on the floor

Extremely dirty carpet full of stains. Loud pounding music until 5.30 am because of night club on top floor. Could not sleep, had to change room. Receptionist not the genuine smile, but the “put on attitude” sorry, but really bad stay.

The place ia not good for family environment. there a loot of yellings and screaming at our floor to the point that we literally felt people were rite outside our door. this kept going till morning 8 and we just decided to leave and sleep in our car instead. it was a literal waste of money.

The worst hotel experience in my life !

We only rented the hotel for 1 night as we were on our way to Oman, so we wanted the hotel from Midnight to 6am only. First of all, the room requested was not giving, then after getting the room, in very bad condition, we couldn’t sleep all night. There was a party in the room next to ours till 5am. I had to Trenten the hotel to call the police in order for them to send security to the other room for them to stop. I would not recommend to anyone this hotel, it is better to sleep in your car!

Convenient budget hotel in RAK. Basic facilities, good location, close to two malls, but you need a car to get to other places. Breakfast variety limited. Staff helpful.
