Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Easy check-in, staff friendly, really close to Plaza Foch, quiet neighborhood, safe building. Room and bathroom (private) are clean though you have to ask for hot water. In Quito, during the cold season, you'd hope for a bit more hot water available. Kitchen is decently stocked though there isn't a microwave. Wifi is decent (couple of zooms, building decks, etc), haven't had any major issues as I work remotely, it could also be I haven't pushed it to the limit yet. All in all, would stay again!
