「We had a great time in the apartment of SMDC COAST. The location was perfect for a visit in the city. It was nice to be able to use the pool after a long day. The communication with Mr Jensen was easy and his responses were swift and timely. He always found solutions for us and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Manila.」

「The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself. 」

「For such a rate, I’d run to 5-star hotel or to Tropicana Suites just close by with complete amenities and breakfast, swimming pool and gym. A huge living and dining area and full kitchen with lower rate. Yucky toilet and a shower room you can barely stand. Owner’s representative makes you feel like a thief that shows arrogance as if we are in dire need of their unit. I’d strongly suggest to rather find somewhere else.」

「This is a private accomodation that is offered for stay. The host/manager is faultless, super helpful and attentive. Location good. Room slightly dated. Frustratingly slow elevators. Swimming pool in picture but not included, only available for 2x guests only and is chargeable at extra cost.」

「This was a terrible idea to stay here. We required beds for 4 They said they could accommodate. The place was tiny. No room to sit. Towels were hideous. And the cockroaches outnumbered us 2-1 at least ! Yuck」
