「Légèrement en dehors de la rue principale, un lieu calme et paisible avec un piscine très caractéristique et des chambres simple et propres. Piste est une toute petite ville et se déplacer à pieds très facile. Une jolie découverte lors de notre passage à Chichen Itza.」

「The staff were very friendly. Perfect location if you’re visiting Chichen Itza. They shuttled us to and from the Tren Maya station. They stored our luggage prior to check-in and shuttled us to Chichen Itza, one of the seven wonders of the world, which is definitely a must see. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 「Every person (and one friendly dog named Rocky) at Hacienda Chichen-Itza is helpful! From an early check-in, to the front desk manager who made sure we had a lovely table for two during our one-night stay, to the servers, we had exceptional service. The pool is Olympic length I think, and great for lap swimming or just floating under the palm trees. The setting is unique and peaceful. Come to see the Mayan ruins; stay to enjoy being pampered. 」

「The hotel is nice, room is comfortable & spacious, food is nice & portion is good for a grown man. But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast.
