「Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...

「Our stayed at the Lido Beach resort was wondeful. It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff through text messages . The pool and beach staff was amazing . From getting chairs, towels, putting up beach umbrella and making sure our drinks and food getting to us fast . We love how easy it’s to get to the beach . The kids love the free ice cream and the heated pool. We would definitely come back . 」

「Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal in every single way and our villa was incredible and so very clean and well appointed!! It truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! We loved everything about the property and the staff were all amazing as well!! Teddy in the valet service area was a tremendous help with our luggage and groceries and he always had a smile! The cleaning ladies always did a fantastic job also! I loved the small gym on site and the breakfast area as well....

「The hotel was clean and updated. The room is perfect for a family having multiple rooms. The pool is right next to the basketball court for easy watching of multiple children. The surrounding area is very beautiful with restaurants and storea all in a walking distance. I will try to stay here anytime I fly down to Sarasota. By far my best exoeriejce.」

「We had a 1 bdrm efficiency for 3 people. Sofa bed and room bed were very comfortable. It had very modern decor. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and a mini cooler were provided too! We will be back.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」
