「The person in-charge of the property was unresponsive. I communicated my arrival, I booked the night before I arrived, and the person guaranteed during our communication through Expedia website that I will be able to check in anytime the second day of my stay which is my actual arrival. I called Expedia and they also tried to contact the property person and they also didn’t get a hold of that person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY NO MATTER HOW ATTRACTIVE THIS PROPERTY OR PRICE. It made me...

「Living area close to the mall very convenient.」

「It is a nice hotel. Clean, spacious. The staff is helpful.」

「Clean and nice room! Will book again. 」

「I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!」

「Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. 」

「Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :(」

「Great!」

「I arrived at the site and the concierge called the unit owner and said he was not expecting any guest under my name. The owner said, this could be a scam and I hda to rebook some other place. Expedia Team, please investigate this booking further and I would like a refund as soon as possible. Please confirm and advise? Thank-you.」
