Tuve un incidente muy lamentable, en el estacionamiento estaban haciendo reparaciones y primero me bloquearon la salida a mi coche lo que retrasó una reunión que tenía y segundo personal que realizaba las obras me insultó mentándome la madre y amenazándome, pedí la actuación del gerente mismo que no se identificó y parecía todo menos gerente, me dijo que él lo veía pero nunca le buscó para una aclaración o disculpa

Tuvo un incidente desagradable, me sentí marginado o discriminado, me encontraba la noche del martes en el bar y desde el únicio me dijeron que cerraba a la 1 am situación que estuve de acuerdo, alrededor de las 00:40 me llevan la cuenta sin solicitarla y el encargado del bar me dice en tono burlón y poco amable que a la 1 nos salimos si o si, respondo que sin problema pero cual fue mi sorpresa que a las 00:50 llegan 3 personas y les empieza servir bebidas sin hacer ningún cuestionamiento acción que me hizo sentir menospreciado opté por irme y ahí se quedaron después de la 1 estas personas bebiendo

El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones están bien, no nos gustó que sólo tienen aire acondicionado (nos hace daño) y por lo tanto se sintió mucho calor durante nuestra estancia (una noche) de ahí en fuera, todo muy bien.
