I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is ok. The street noise in the hotel room was too loud and kept you from sleeping. The first night we were in the second floor and noise of the traffic didn’t stop until 3 o 4am. We requested to move to a higher floor and it was much better. If you are sensitive to loud noise this is not your hotel. We request the 4th or 5th floor and it was bad but I took a sleeping pill. The personal was extremely helpful and kind.

En el paquete ofrecen descuento en alimentos y no lo proporcionan porque dicen en recepción que es promoción vieja. Querían cobrar una noche porque decían que no estaba pagada. Después de mucho rato de verificar en recepción dijeron que una disculpa, que ya habían verificado que estaba pagada la estancia. Pérdida de tiempo

El hotel no cuenta con agua caliente por las mañanas, si servicio de internet no es funcional un 80% del tiempo, y la reservación suele tener el enganche de desayuno incluido pero solo es publicidad falsa. Es horrible la instalación

Por el precio de cuarto... La habitación no fue muy limpia. La regadera no es apropiada ni la puerta de esta misma, el agua se riega en todo el baño y hay que secar el piso para no resbalarse. Sólo dejan una toalla cuando el cuarto se pagó por 2 personas; desde nuestra llegada hubo que pedir más toallas al igual que el tapete para salir y poder secar el resto del baño. No suficientes jabones del cuerpo además de shampoo. No recomendaré la estancia de este hotel.
