We reserved a balcony view room for a mother-daughter trip and were surprised that the hotel and location exceed our expectations! We felt safe throughout our trio and the hotel is conveniently located in the center. The hotel has beautiful wooden panels attached to the balcony windows and we used them at night…they worked wonders in blocking off the city noise. 5 stars for our experience at this hotel!!

The room was very clean and modern and the hotel was fairly quiet. There was a lot of activity happening in the downtown area, but the hotel is insulated enough from some of the noise. You heard some, but not a lot.

This hotel is unique to Mexico and Queretaro. It is located in the heart of Centro. Very convenient to the area.

The pros: The property location is excellent, right in the middle of everything! Our room had the most gorgeous view of the church and square. Convenient valet parking (for a fee), very nice staff. The cons: dirty and raggedy carpets throughout the hotel, a musty smell in the room, - which is probably from the carpet! and very low pressure in the shower. I had to request a luggage rack, as there was nowhere to set our suitcases. The building is absolutely beautiful, but in need of TLC. New carpets or floors are a MUST.

Hotel was nice, but carpet should be replaced due to musty order. Location was great but in the evening. There’s a clown show just a few feet away with super loud speakers making it hard to have a quiet night sleep.
