The ladies were so helpful and kind. The hotel is in the center of town and we loved the walkable area. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress, which was so hard. But my husband was OK with it. The property is very well maintained and the ladies were always available for anything we needed. No parking. Breakfast was coffee, toast, butter, fruit and yogurt, brought to our room. We especially enjoyed the staff's attentive attitudes and care.
Amazing, curated rooms, with beautiful shared lounging spaces. The location is unbeatable. It’s in the heart of the historic area and we were able to drop by several times a day to rest, drop things off etc
A lovely hotel right in the middle of the historic district. The staff was exceptional. Our room opened onto a patio with a fountain. We will definitely be back.
Great clean and quiet hotel in prime location . Lovely room with friendly staff. Very reasonably priced though without parking . Had a wonderful time there andI would go back there anytime

I have stayed at this place several times. I like it very much. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is simple (fruit, toast, yogurt and coffee) but a perfect way to start the day. The hotel is in the old part of town and a great place to walk.
The hotel has a unique style, with comfortable furniture and excellent service. Its central location makes it perfect for walking and exploring downtown.
Immaculate, wonderful and helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast.

great location in centro, beautiful appointments in bedrooms and bathroom, wonderful staff, very clean, lovely decor throughout, skylights, plants and several courtyard areas plus rooftop sitting area for relaxing--would definitely stay at El Serafin again
This was the sweetest place! The hotel was an oasis, with interior outdoor spaces built to enjoy.
Our hostess was INCREDIBLE. Queretaro is a joy to visit and way less touristy than other places on the regular beat. The breakfast delivery was dependable and the furnishings were lovely. Definitely recommend.
Great overall! Petra checked us in and was wonderful! So welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us before we headed out for the day. Rooms were clean and quiet. We were surrounded by beautiful gardens. Only downside is street parking, but there are parking garages close by.

No hot water/pressure - useless if you have hair
The best is the location. And the hospitality is nice. We stayed in the “best room” with balcony… in a fairly noisy street. The building is from the 1800s and it’s super well maintained and clean.
Only problem is that there was essentially no usable hot water for a shower. And the hot water output from the sink was 250ml per minute. Imagine waiting 60 seconds to fill a drinking glass let alone the 20 minutes it took for the water to become warm to wash one’s hands and face.
Cons: The night guy is cranky, and their system of having us all leave our room keys at the front desk when we leave lead me to have to go back down the stairs to get mine almost every time I left and returned (because who even thinks of picking up a key one normally already has?).
Pros: Everything else. The room, even if a bit small, was beautiful and comfortable; the main-shift desk attendant is a lady with a wonderful and helpful disposition; the mattress was just right for me; the free apples to grab on the way in was very convenient; the hotel is full of rustic/traditional beauty and is located in the most appealing and walkable area of the city.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. My Spanish is poor but they helped me communicate and it was fun. Breakfast was great, and they kept the room clean and had fresh water for me every day. This was a very nice hotel and the staff made it a 5 star experience. And the location is very central. Loved my time there.
