I think the bathroom should be able to share with the 2 rooms in the suites. Very inconvenient the way room is set up. No hot water to shower in morning. It was a cold and rainy morning with cold water ..terrible

Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos varios inconvenientes con las habitaciones. La primera habitación asignada no tenía cancel en el baño completo, únicamente la parte justo donde cae el chorro de agua, el aire acondicionado no permitía regular la temperatura y, además, la habitación contigua estaba en remodelación. Los trabajos comenzaron alrededor de las 7:00 a.m., generando un ruido excesivo (descarga de materiales, taladros, cinceles y maquinaria de corte), lo que hizo imposible descansar. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y el hotel accedió; sin embargo, en la segunda habitación el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente y únicamente podía utilizarse en modo ventilador. La última noche, alrededor de las 10:00 p.m., intentábamos descansar ya que debíamos despertar a las 3:00 a.m. para tomar un vuelo. No obstante, el hotel permitió extender el horario de la alberca que es de 8 am a 8 pm, para un grupo con varios niños, lo que generó bastante ruido, especialmente porque nuestra ventana daba directamente hacia la piscina. A las 11:00 p.m. aún continuaba el ruido; aunque después de que nos quejamos disminuyó, la experiencia general de descanso fue afectada.

Mi experiencia fue francamente mala. Dos dias no hubo agua por bastante tiempo en las mañanas, haciendo imposible siquiera usar el inodoro. El día que llegué dejó de funcionar el elevador durante un rato, y solo hay uno. El piso de mi cuarto estaba bastante sucio, parece que no trapean o lo hacen mal. La calidad de los alimentos del restaurante es bastante pobre. En general, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
