「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「Der Empfang war super, unsere online Buchung lag erst 20 Minuten zurück und deswegen war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig, wir haben deshalb umgehend ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und professionell. Dazu war das Zimmer sehr sauber mit riesen Bett und zwei Waschbecken im großen Badezimmer und nachts war es wirklich ruhig. Ganz prima Hotel, vielen Dank.」
