「The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. 「I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging.
