Everything was great—cleanliness, supplies, location, ease of check in, communication…The bed was hard, but I slept fine. You could hear cars and people right outside, but it’s a college town, so that’s to be expected. Perfect distance, walked to ASU everyday. Would recommend 100%.

Convenient to public transport, clean room with basic amenities included, but water doesn't get warm from sink, lamp had no batteries, lights crept in from beyond doors, renters come at all hours of night to wrong doors, HVAC vent blows at you heavily in bed, pool was not clean, wall of windows lacks privacy, stove top takes a long time to reach boil, all seating and bed are stiff, no shelves, hooks, or bars in shower, shower blows too high, not reaching legs

Very nice property and great location. This was my second stay at this property and will stay there ever time I visit Tempe. The only thing I do not care for is the fact that the guest staying in room cannot control the temperature or I just could not find the thermostat.

Great efficiency apartment!

Excellent, overall. Bed was very comfortable, though lower to the ground, so could be a factor if you have mobility issues. Very clean and all in working order. Walkable to many different shops and campus. Pool area quiet and serene. Great communication with property manager.

We were attending a music festival in Tempe that was walking distance and this place was perfectly located. Pretty minimalist, but clean and had laundry. There was no parking, but there was a paylot across the street. Nothing fancy, but clean and modern.

Great location. Within walking distance of great food, shopping, transportation and nightlife. Great communication all the way around. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. If I had to say one negative, it would be that the bed was so hard!

First time I've stayed and they made it an easy and 5 Star experience. I stayed 3 nights and very pleased. Grocery close by made it easy to cook your own meals at the room with pan, cutting utensils, plates, and full size fridge to keep food. Also washer/dryer in room. Don't cook? Variety of great restaurants, bars, night life, and Metro Light Rail within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. I will definitely stay here again!

I really really like this place, clean, good size, washer/ dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed. Only a couple steps, you're out on the street. My dream apartment! I wish I can afford to rent monthly. Host is supper nice and quick to respond.

Property was perfect for what we needed and the little outdoor patio was a nice amenity. The only downside was the parking wasn’t ideal. The only available parking was street parking and was 2 hour only parking. We parked overnight anyways and didn’t have any issues but still not ideal. Had a great stay overall.

I like the property location. Parking was easy and all the amenities were helpful. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t cleaned for use. I didn’t like the paint was peeling from the door I felt like someone could see through it. A few other things but the price was reasonable so I booked it.

decent little place

Check-in and communication was easy. The place was relatively quiet, although some construction was going on next door. It’s Phoenix and on the ground floor, so you will see some bugs. There were some ants hanging around, but we found a can of Raid under the sink. 10 a.m. is on the early side for a check-out, but we were able to get an early check-in, which was nice.
