"What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"This hotel is very high-quality in terms of facilities. The rooms are speacious, clean etc… The pool is very nice. However, the service is catastrophic. The staff doesn't speak any English, they are very disorganized, information doesn't get through, and this is to the detriment of the guests. In a tourist environment, it's incredibly frustrating to deal with people who don't understand your request, who say yes but actually say no—it's unbearable. "We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....
