「From the first point of contact the service has been excellent. The messaging system is easy and replies are prompt. Check was straight forward and the apartment was so well positioned in terms of city centre location. The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, just a perfect stay for a family of 4. 「El alojamiento estaba bien pero no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y era imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible. Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado」

「This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...

「Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e arredata con gusto, completa di tutti i comfort. Il personale sempre disponibile e reperibile per ogni necessità. Apprezzata la cordialità. Ottima anche la colazione , realizzata sul momento e con un'ampia scelta. La struttura si trova nel centro di Trieste e da li si riesce a raggiungere tutto in pochi passi.」
