「We liked having a suite for our family. The parking over the weekend was handled very well by the parking officer and we appreciated that. Overall happy but here are a few of the issues we had. 1. Doorpad key reader did not work upon check in, had to go to desk 3 times to get issue resolved (once maintenance came it was resolved) Sam came to fix it and was AMAZING! They gave us so many great ideas for dinner and was so friendly and efficient. I ran into them another time during our stay and they...

「We went for a wedding and decided to book on brookside. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Very nice rooms and plenty of food nearby. I would say the outside windows were very dirty but that was not a big deal. 」

「Check in was a breeze….bar was open but we did not check it out. Lobby had a pool table a family was playing on. I peeked in in the pool area….was very hip and would be a fun summer spot. 」

「Very good breakfast especially the bagel toppers. Not close to downtown but a short ride to the Federal Building Bombing Museum...right off the interstate. Our room had a fully stock kitchenette. Homeless population down the road under the interstate but none around the hotel. We had 2 separate nights books but they were able to accommodate us and kept us in the same room.」

「I read about the hotel history before staying. When I checked in I noticed that the clerk was going to put us in room 1015. If you know about the hotel, that room is rumored to haunted. I asked if I could have a different room, that I read about the hotel and would rather not have that room. The lady that was checking us in said really sarcastically "ummm, okayyy" and rolled her eyes at me. We did get a different room. Other than her attitude it was a lovely stay. Gorgeous architecture!!」

「Check in guy was very friendly and quick signing me in. Lobby nice, hallways nice and smelling nice, room was excellent. Comfortable bed, i slept like a baby. Breakfast was also good. Little bit of everything. Coffee excellent.I highly recommemd this hotel.」
