"It was a bad experience because there was no air conditioning, the breakfast was bad, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, and they didn't come to clean the room or change the sheets, towels, or toilet paper. It's the first time I've had to experience something like this, and we had to go to another place to stay."

The hotel was beautiful, super comfortable and everything was clean, with an amazing hotel staff waking up to that incredible view in the morning in the glamping dome was a delight!
