「La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, resulta muy conveniente para conocer la ciudad. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y solo había un ventilador pequeño, por lo que siempre nos sentimos sofocados y con bochorno. La cama, el armario y el televisor muy bien, pero la ventilación si muy deficiente. Respecto al baño, el sanitario no tenía tapa y el jabón era de barra pero parecía jabón de cocina. La ducha estaba perfecta.」

「This property is in a very bad condition, old and very bad structure, poor beds, poor bathrooms. No restaurant, no breakfast. When we claim they fired us of the hotel without the refund of the money. We have to mediate to stay another night to get the refund. It is a shame that Expedia has a property like this 」

「Host asked me to cancel the booking blaming Hotels.com for double booking two weeks before travelling. I did check with Hotels and they confirmed there was a single booking on my name and the stay was confirmed 3 months prior to our trip for 9 people. Despite the booking being confirmed, we arrived and the booking wasn’t honoured so we have to find accomodation at the last minute at 23:00. 」
