"Have stayed at GSR many times. Generally the day B4 a flight out of RNO. In the past they allowed FREE overnight night parking for 7-10 days. Not any more, had to use RNO parking $18/day. Next time I will search the other casinos B4 I go back to the GSR."

"The room service experience was quite challenging. When we visited the Roses restaurant, we had to wait for 40 minutes in start of the line without any assistance, despite being passed by multiple times. Eventually, we decided to leave and order from our room. However, when we called for room service, the response was that there was no time to take our order over the phone and we had to come in person."

"At check-in we were told hot breakfast was available until 9:30 on Friday. Two hours before the deadline there was nothing but yogurt and prepackaged granola bars and muffins. Nothing was replenished after the earliest guests went to work. A real disappointment for the rest of us!"

"Sparks Western Village Inn & Casino by the Marina was a great location for us to stay and visit our family who live in Sparks. The three restaurants on site served delicious meals. We enjoyed walking along the well kept Marina, too!"

"Most guests had dogs. Dog pee in the elevator and outside on floors. Dogs barking inside rooms No maid service unless you specifically asked the night before. This was not posted anywhere in our room. There was a cleaning rag left in the sink. The AC was too loud and cold, not adjustable. The bed was comfortable was clean, but had an unpleasant odor. Nice shower. No frills. No shower cap, etc. Inconsistent towel quality. Not sure why it was a BW plus, as the room was spartan and the hotel seemed understaffed."
