When I arrive, there was nothing really around this hotel. Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest. The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.
