「We had a good time at Zanoceanique. It's a complex of rooms/apartments in a multi-story building, very spacious and well-equipped (air conditioning, wifi, refrigerator, an excellent safe). The building and furnishings appear somewhat dated (some handles don't work, some doors don't close properly), but the essential things all work well. 「The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous.」

The management should spend more to enhance the standard of the area and help the people living in that area. 「We were a group of 7 adults / 4 rooms. The entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Our rooms were on the ground level. We knew that the rooms do not have air conditioning, but the heat of the rooms surprised us. The sea breeze doesn't get to cool the downstairs rooms, so sweat flowed every night :-).
