「We really love this hotel. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The hotel is in very good condition. If something isn’t working properly it’s immediatly fixed. You have an truly amazing breakfast buffet here with everything you can imagine. Truly love the ambiance.」
「Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

「The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.」
