「We had a very enjoyable short stay at The Canford. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly (Terry, Ross, Ellie, Lena, Taly). Our room was an Accessible room (although we didn't specifically book one) and was quite large and very comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom. Being accessible it was on the ground floor and very convenient to the car park. The room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed two evening meals at the hotel, as well as breakfast both mornings,...

「Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean. We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby. If we were to return to the area we would come back here. 」

「A lovely one night stay. The pub is in a quiet village location, close to lots of interesting places in beautiful Dorset countryside. Our room was large, with an equally large bathroom. We ate in the pub in the evening. The menu choice was good, prices reasonable and the food was excellent. We had our breakfast served outside in the garden and, again, this was tasty, hot and really enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.」

「Stayed for a couple of nights, wish we could have stayed longer! Room was bigger than expected, clean and lots of light, comfy bed,. Food delicious, cocktails and drinks great, staff friendly and welcoming and a besutiful setting by the river and lush gardens. Hope to return again. 」
