「All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. 「Nice rooms over a pub. Stayed here for convenience of getting to the Isle of Wight ferry. Very helpful staff. Good food and drinks Traveling with heavy luggage, beware- No elevator. Staff will help carry it! Would stay here again. 」
