「The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. 「Our stay at Green Taman was the greatest! 1st time in Ubud and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. It was clean, beautiful, pool was perfect and the staff was exceptional. Grande chambre avec un lit de deux mètres de large, une très bonne literie , une salle de bains très "sympa": on prend sa douche sur des galets ! Un très grand balcon avec salon en teck. 「The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.」

「Gorgeous property for an incredibly good price. Julie was very quick to communicate with me making sure we had access even when checking in at 3AM. We had to leave early as our travel plans changed, and she was so worried that something was wrong even though there wasn’t anything wrong, but I thought that was nice that she was concerned. Property is located in the center of Ubud, so it’s very convenient for walking to major attractions. 」
