Note: ( Air Bus 1961 limited schedule). 1961 Ximen bus stops directly across Sotetsu Grand FRESA -Ximen. . (1) Hotel self check-in on 2nd floor , very small reception desk with 1-2 staffs there to help . in room all are runs with digital . No bottle water in room , self service cold /hot water machine located mid hallway, self service ice machine on third floor only . (2) restaurant at ground floor , food is fair , services are SO SO , upon our arrival for table , both times Hostess are unpleasant and Rude, she seems too busy to be bothered, before we sits down, we are told we have only 2 hour and leave us with 4 different menus then said can order with QR code. Once person who brings our food , you won’t see services until you ask for your check . "
