Amazing to be able to have the gorge almost to oneself to explore in the morning. Best stay of our 2+ week trip staying in luxury hotels. "Amazing hotel in a great location! Definitely recommend getting a Taipei 101 view room for that iconic view. Hotel has an amazing

area and the view from the breakfast restaurant at the top of the building is awesome. The location almost on top of the City Hall MRT station makes this a great place to get around the city from. Only minor gripe is that the breakfast selection is a little small - we've been to other W hotels which had a wider selection."

"Exit 6 of the Da'an Station is literally in front of the hotel. Taipei 101, CKS Memorial and Taipei Main Station are a few stops away. Many restaurants nearby and there are two SOGO department stores about 10 minutes by foot. I stayed in a 101 view room. To be honest, it's not worth it to pay extra for the 101 view. I enjoyed my stay."
