「I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing .」

「The hotel and accommodations were nice and what we expected. What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather.」

「Breakfast was disappointing. Stains on washcloths and towels, also stains on bedspread. Just a general feeling of yuck. Never again.」

「The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. I am wondering where I can purchase the exact pillows? We had the first floor end room, I could hear the large trucks start and run all night long. I would wake up when I heard them. It was very loud and disturbing.」

「Pam, the receptionist when we checked in, was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. She let us know that we could get a breakfast bag to go for the next morning. We never knew that was an option when we stayed at this hotel previously. The pool temperature was VERY cold! I did swim, but not for long.」

「It's not great but it's not bad! Feels like you're staying in a friend's basement. So it was perfect place to stay for a night. I would stay again if I was in the area. Pros: The sheets were clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels (bring your own shampoo), the water pressure was good, the temperature was easily controlled. The TV was nice, there's a small fridge, and there's a microwave. Cons: the bed and pillows are very stiff, the sheets were very thin, and the curtains didn't close...
