Well the hotel was great, with Expedia I have some issues they never resolved, I had paid extra for certain things and the communication with the hotel wasn’t great, reserve directly on their site. Definitely a wonderful place to take family or just you and your spouse. My husband took me there for my birthday and all we can think about is how our grandson would’ve loved the pool and beach. The property is on the beachfront so definitely nice to walk out to your room and just a a few steps away from the beach.

The suite rooms are amazing for our family. The food, however, is inconsistent with the same meal in the same restaurant often very different. The staff is friendly, attentive, and engaging. Really, the staff is remarkable and makes the resort stay worthwhile. Sadly we missed out on the entertainment because no one at the desk informed us. We actually chose this resort again because of Reyes at the paint stand. We are obsessed with his talent and the fun we have painting every day.

Beautiful , customer service was excellent from check in to everywhere you go on the resort, sitting areas on the beach or pool. Gorgeous, accessible for drinking on the beach or inside , many options for food. Travelled with family we loved staying there . Of course will plan to go back again.
