"Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee was supplied with the kettle, so we had to do a visit to the ‘Hyper Dino’ for tea bags when we went out. We booked this hotel for its location in the town and would have preferred a room at the front as you would have a better view, the rest of the hotel faces high rise blocks of buildings and flats. There is a tiny view of the sea if you can see through the gaps. "

"I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it! "

"Lovely spacious executive room with fridge and hob, kettle etc Not that we cooked! Bathroom great. No noise during our midweek stay Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early and as our room was ready we were able to settle in Excellent location "

"What an amazing week we’ve just had at this amazing hotel. We’ve just come back from a weeks stay at the Atlantic Mirage hotel, we booked it back in July 2024 and we were so looking forward to our stay, I then started to read some of the reviews and got a little worried, I looked at cancelling the week before our stay but would’ve lost 50% of the cost, However, I’m so glad we didn’t cancel, because this hotel is amazing, every member of staff was so polite and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were amazing, the gym area was a really good size, the roof top area was amazing and offered drinks and food, the pool on the ground floor was a really good size, again this area offered food & drink. The breakfast had everything, even sparkling wine & Caviar……….. The only issue we had was, the water in the shower doesn’t drain off as quick as it’s coming out the shower head, so it can start to flood the bathroom, just don’t have it on full blast and you will be ok. We loved this hotel and what it offered us so much, we booked to go back in April, we can’t wait."
