The staff was very friendly and respectful. The installations are the worst. I am sure there are motels with better installations than this hotel. There is a bar/disco that keeps playing music until 4 in the morning. The issue here is that they didn't even try it, and the windows don't have any kind of sound protection. There is no hot water. The breakfast is a joke: 1 egg, 1 coffee, 1 bread, and that's it. But the worst part is the electrical installation; each time you plug something in, there is a crackling sound. All sockets are there, including the one in the bathroom. We ended checking out on the second day and got an Airbnb for 30 USD more, way better.

I cannot overstate how false this listing is. We had our booking confirmed weeks in advance, yet upon arrival they had nothing ready for us and stuck us in a dirty, broken room with no running water and a very loud DJ outside the window until 4am. The staff advertise being bilingual, yet they do not speak any language besides Spanish. The bedding was dirty, the pillows were downright absurd (think potato sack with a stained t-shirt as a cover), and the plumbing did not work. The hotel is in an area that is risky for women, and our door did not properly close. We had booked 7 nights and left immediately the next morning as we arrived at midnight and had no other options but to stay for one. We have since attempted to reach the property, with no luck, for a refund. Expedia opened a report for us and were also unable to reach the property. Therefore no refund. A complete waste of money, and an absolute tourist scam. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is near a night club which we didn’t know about. It was extremely loud until 4 or 5am. What made things worse is the smokes from outside. The air conditioner blue the smokes into the room from outside at night.

Nice place. property put a little bit wrong location. with is ok for Dominican Republic). It is not so close to the beach as on the map. it is 30 min walking or 8 min drive which is not bad. staff is good , location is the best for night life which is I was looking for. I give them 5 stars. Probably this place not for the family or individual who looking for luxury stay.

La habitación era horrible, nada parecido a las fotos. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido o soportable. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien por dentro, se escuchaba cada que alguien abría su puerta al rededor y pensaba que abrían la mía. El baño tenía goteras del aire acondicionado. Y la regadera era de teléfono, no empotrada a la pared y salía muy poca agua.

First of all I want to say that this hotel is located at a completely different address! The location is not near the beach, but near the clubs, which is 2 km away from what is indicated on the booking site! You can only get to the beach by cab. Because it takes half an hour to walk. Moreover, the road through the territory of the hotel with a closed area and have to bypass. Breakfast is given on coupons - one person - one egg. Girls who cook, extremely unfriendly, you can see that it is a burden for them to receive guests. Water is only cold and very weak pressure. You can bruise your ass on the mattress, and the pillow feels like a sack of potatoes. From 10pm until 3am you can't sleep because you will have to enjoy loud music from several nightclubs at the same time. The room is full of ants, and when it rains (which is every day), water flows not from the window, but directly from the wall all over the floor. Terrible walls, mold on the ceiling and everything is very dilapidated, like from the 1960s. The TV shows one channel in Spanish. The door opens with a regular key, looks very flimsy, no bolt to lock from the inside. At night we propped it up with a nightstand because it didn't feel safe. But there is a pool and the room is cheaper than all other hotels

Atendimento ruim, todos pareciam sempre de mau humor. Café da manhã bem pobre. Pão na chapa com ovo, uma fatia fria de queijo e outra de presunto. Todos os dias igual e não podia repetir. Tá longe de ser um hotel 3 estrelas. No máximo 1 estrela. Região estranha e longe da praia (apesar do Google dizer que é só 20 min a pé - não está correto).

Bedroom 101 had close but you couldn't put your clothes in there. Not prepared for it at all. Bathroom floor kept wet at all times because water is coming up?? TV not useful. Had cable message on screen asking to call to get fix????? Restaurants, there is one right next door. And some others as well. They all very over price. Well, I am Dominican and I know punta cana is known to be just for tourist. So, I manage to walk 2 blocks a little away from tourists area and get more decent price. But overall the hotel is totally misleading customers that is based on my own experiences there.
