「原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。 不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。 這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。」

「Olle hotel is very calm and safe and comfortable. All steps are kind and friendly. 」

「Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. 」

「Swimming pool area is clean. Resort have a 10pm quiet time rule but guests are still on videoke until after midnight and are pretty loud. The restaurant opened late for breakfast. 」

「Although it is an old hotel, you can tell that some facilities are aged. However, we still had great time there. The room is big with a small kitchen and the bed is really soft!」

「Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained. - Does not reply to emails - Room was still not ready by 4:10pm - Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details. - Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. Almost missed our flight. 」

「外装は相当古い、部屋はアメニィテー何もなし、セブティーボックスは壊れている。スタッフの人数が多いが、プールサイドやスタッフルームで大きな声でじゃれあって話している。一番きになるのが、防音です。隣りの声は丸聞こえ、ローカ挟んで向かい部屋の声も聞こえます。」
