This was perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pune. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, clean and have exceptional amenities. Plenty of power plugs with international outlets. Spacious bathrooms with rain shower. Great room service. 2 restaurants. Pool and gym.

So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. Beds are comfortable too... i will certainly stay here again if i need to be this side of the city. Very happy and will also explore more of this brand

Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal. Läget är tyvärr väldigt tråkigt, det finns ingenting nära hotellet då det pågår utbyggnad av skytrain på gatan utanför.

More for back-packers than for business

This hotel is very basic. The rooms are adequate, but somehow rather bare and characterless. They don't like somewhere you would want to spend any more time than necessary, but if you just want to go to sleep, they do the job. Breakfast is manageable but basic. It's the kind of place you would only stay in if everywhere else was full - which it was when I booked.

A pleasant, well-run hotel with attentive service

V pleasant and responsive front desk. Which was a surprise considering the bad reviews. Gave me a nice large and quiet room when I didnt want to check into the one assigned for me, which was smelling of smoke. Food court and other restaurants in the mall on the lower floors a big bonus when I returned tired after a long day. Hotel seemed to maintain a high level of cleanliness, esp considering it is not a luxury hotel. Good value for money, attentive staff. Reception particularly attentive. Overall a most pleasant stay!

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, good breakfast selection. Easy access to many dining options. The one downside to the hotel was the infrequent replacement of toilet paper rolls. It was irritating to have to call the front desk to ask for it.

The hotel sits on top of a very very busy multiplex and loud music until 1 in the morning on the weekends. Also, I had a lot of problems getting my bill settled. I do not think the bill was correct (i.e. I was charged twice for some items).

Horrible service. Dont even tell a sorry

Stay was good. But service was horrible. They told me that they will send a car to the airport. that morning i called them and told about my flight details. But no one showed up. when i called them they said they will try and send a car now. I didnt bother as it will make me wait for 30 mins in the airport. And they were not at all apologetic about the inconvenience that they caused. they didnt even tell a simple sorry.

Good budget hotel

Room was neat and clean. Service was relatively prompt. Didn't use too many amenities but breakfast was good with good service and wifi worked fine. All in all decent hotel, at a great price.

E-Square hotel is uniq in many ways as its situated at best location in Pune and 7story building consisting of five screen multiplex, three fine dining restarunts and food court at 2nd floor......................... Up to 4th floor the this property is buzzing with activities with most of youngesters and families gathering for different movie and other entertainment, while 5th, 6th and 7th floor is exclusive for hotel guests with wonderful view and silence that one would enjoy.......... well euipped Spa on 6th floor & open to sky huge swiming pool on 7th floor with total green view of 700 acres of agreeculture collage propery is breathtaking................... different fine dining restarunts from Indian to Chinees to continental is yet another attraction for foodies................... The only minus point is parking...... if you are driving your car and wish to reach this hotel, you need to go through some hurdules as parking is a nightmare due to always filled crowd due to popular multiplex..................................... But yes you will get parking when you show your booking at hotel but its bit of a strgule...............

Very nice and friendly hotel

I really liked this hotel. It sits above a multiplex theater (very convenient for film buffs). The rooms were nice (Scandinavian style) and the breakfast buffet was excellent (Western and Indian food). The staff was enormously helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. For example, when a taxi that had been arranged did not show up the hotel quickly used its own car (and refused payment for this). It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very nice. For me the location was perfect. I was attending a conference at the university of Pune and it was a 20 minute walk to the conference venue. For anyone who needs to be close to the university, this hotel would be the perfect choice. It would not be a good location for those who want to be downtown. I was extremely satisfied with everything about the hotel.

If you have a car, this is the hotel to avoid. The parking is shared with a Multiplex and it can be an exercise being able to get into the premises, let alone find a place to park, once you are able to make the staff understand that you are a guest at the hotel. Lifts are shared with restaurants and people trooping for parties at the terrace. Having said that, could not fault the rooms on their size or amenities. Location is central to most of the places in Pune.

Clean and decent hotel. As a woman staying alone I found it very comfortable and secure. Very polite staff. There should be a complimentary pick and drop from the hotel which was missing; I had to pay a hefty amount for the hotel car. That was my only complaint. I would highly recommend it.
