Marriott lost its magic

Been visiting Pune for the last 8 years, twice a year. The hotel degraded massively from year to year. Rooms are outdated, occasional blackouts. Breakfast buffet became very poor in choices. Front task seems unknowingable and sometimes try to charge you extras which are included in the package. Overall we will visit more properties for our future trips to Pune. Positive is the chef which tries very hard to please guests.

Fantastic room! It was so comfortable and well equipped. One of the best suites I’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated with tasteful interiors. The pool and gym are lovely as well. The breakfast is top class. Rima and Shiv were excellent at their jobs and the food quality and variety was lip smacking! Highly recommended

We made the best decision to stay at Marriott Suites . The rooms are spacious and the layout is great.It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer and attached bathroom with masters bedroom and separate bathroom for kids. It’s great to have a kitchen with utensils, refrigerator and microwave. Our whole family enjoyed the stay. The staff is amazing, food is awesome and the location of this property is fantastic. Strongly recommended especially for families coming from abroad. It has the convenience of Airbnb along with hospitality of a 5 star hotel.

Excellent staff and facilities. We stayed there for 3 nights and arranged a tour though the hotel as well. Had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean! Food was wonderful and we recommend the half board!!!!

The hotel is in excellent condition. The room are pristine and so is the entire hotel campus. Service was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Very close to local attractions. The only room for improvement would be the Entertainment room. It was quite run down with all the equipment showing its age. It definitely needs an upgrade.
