There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired.

The property was a bit tired and worn, the most uncomfortable double bed, we could not sleep in it! Did not have the two cafes as advertised. And the internet was not free as advertised, even once paid for was not of good quality. Definitely not deserving of 4 stars! Only good points were excellent location, lovely views and a nice pool

Wonderful apartment

We spent 3 wonderful days in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean and the balcony was fantastic with beautiful views onto Bulcock beach. I would highly recommend staying there and look forward to visiting again.

Very enjoyable 4 night stay

We had a lovely stay. The unit was really clean, spacious and comfortable. The caretakers are really nice and helpful. It was on the main street of Caloundra so walked out the entrance to all the shops, restaurants and otherwise. It was still very close to Bulcock Beach. My husband would have liked to have been closer to Kings Beach, but that's his personal preference. We got up early on the day of the Markets and shopped and then we were able to check in early, which was very much appreciated. The Pool is amazing on the rooftop and I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa. There are two spas, one spa area within the pool itself and another separate spa. I liked that the pool was all one depth and my son and I had great fun playing a little bit of pool volleyball. We did not use the car once. Other guests were lovely. Great break. Wi-Fi free allowance was very generous. Just wish it could have been longer.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the beach and cafes. Pool facilty is excellent. View is stunning. Our 2 bedroom unit was great. Heaps of room and again the view was lovely.

Needed some last accomodation. Found the pumicestone and didn’t want to leave. Clean rooms, GEAT rooftop pool and bbq area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance as well. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here, communication from the friendly managers was good and late check-in was easy. Beds were comfy, room was spacious and modern and we had no issues with the room or any of the amenities. Pool on roof was ok, but spa was out of order and gym was in a little room tucked away which did not motivate us to use it even though we had planned to. All in all a nice place to stay, and an easy walk to the promenade.

Comfortable convenient apt with amazing views!

Very comfortable apartment, 2 bd 2 bath, we were on a high floor with covered decks fully furnished on both sides of living area w/ amazing views of the water bay area on one side and mountains and city on the other. 1 block from the beach w/ convenient walkable shopping/restaurants. Complete kitchen, (nice to have even though we like to eat out while on vacation), washer and dryer, only used the master bedroom which was quite comfortable. Nice to have two bathrooms. The building has a roof top pool that is gorgeous. It was actually winter time there, August, but being from Colorado, we used it and loved it. Covered basement parking and key fob necessary to operate elevators. We were able to walk everywhere we went. Providing we could get the same high floor unit, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Dated building, but room was great and well equipped. Lovely spot, close to the Main Street and lots of cafes around. Water view apartments don’t get sun over winter it seems, but do have a stunning view from the lounge. Internet is intermittent at best, disconnecting every couple of minutes and periodically locking us out saying we’d used our data cap, then reconnecting again a minute later. Reception hours aren’t particularly helpful to guests as they close at 5pm, but if you have a problem that needs resolved during this time the staff are lovely. Highly anticipated ‘heated’ pool was possibly heated, just not to a temperature that made it pleasant to swim in. This resulted in an overcrowded spa with children swimming and diving as the main pool was too cold to use.
