「基於前一次的住宿經驗，此屋地點好，房間也不錯，所以本次出遊依然選擇此處，但是卻體驗到個別屋子可能因為打掃人員不一會有很大落差。本次住到的屋子滿滿霉味、沒有浴巾；另外床的部分感覺上並未更換洗淨清潔後的全新一套床具，第一晚睡覺前就有注意到枕頭套有疑似污漬髒污等情況，因為在房間時間短暫且一家子都累了所以沒有感受明顯異常，只是小朋友隔天一早表示下巴癢，有蟲咬痕跡，但是因為其他家人都沒有所以沒太放心上。第二晚大半夜小朋友搔癢醒來後，發現枕頭居然有至少5 隻以上疑似床蝨的蟲，後來叫醒另一個房間休息的家人，翻找枕頭後發現也有數隻，只能全家起床再次洗澡後集中在客廳等衣物洗潔後烘乾殺蟲。因為是AI系統類的客服，所以沒有任何即時回應，只有退房後才留了一句抱歉造成困擾的制式回覆。」

「Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!」

「Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.」

「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「Owner was contactable via WhatsApp and was responsive when if need of help. House is very clean and neat, playground, Lego table and arcade to keep the child entertained! Induction cooker available to do some cooking. Thank you! 」
