「I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working」

「I booked this hotel for my dad's 70th birthday. I called the front desk to let them know that it was his birthday and they were so kind to him. My parents loved this hotel so much and can't wait to visit again.」

「Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.」
