Salvador, the host for the casitas was very friendly, accommodating, and easily reachable by phone, in case any issues arose. The casitas are right across the street from stairs down to the beach, and a couple blocks from Olas Altas. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful room for a delightful stay

Loved this place. It was private, clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable. the room was big and the hot tub on the patio was heavenly. loved watching the birds (parrots, parakeets and other colorful birds) in the trees in the morning.

Great room and experience. Definitely a bit of a walk up at the end of the day, but the peace and quiet less than 10 minutes from the noisy downtown of ZR is s worth it. Walking down to the beach is all of 2 minutes, but I spent most of my time in the hot tub!

We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with a huge jacuzzi spa, giant walk in shower, fridge, comfy bed. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and restuarants. Salvador was respsonsive and so helpful.

This is a clean and safe place in a really good location. I was told there was no amenities because I wasn’t staying in the main villa and I stayed in the casitas. I wish I knew that prior to booking. Also the casitas are connected to other casitas and I could hear them

Great spot in PV

Great unit and staff. Staff was very accommodating. We had the staff do laundry for us and for $10 US they dis a large garbage bag, folded and hung the clothes. Super impressed. The hills are a lot but not impossible. Ubers from the main areas run $4-$6.

This was our last stay on a Tanner 11 night 17th anniversary trip for my wife and I and I think this was our favorite. Aside from the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva that’s six to $700 a night, this place ended up being around 100 a night & the room was bigger, it was quieter and more peaceful, and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back as this is the perfect location in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta and it’s like the name says a little villa with a private Jacuzzi outside. We felt like royalty for $100 a night. They get six stars, but I can only give them five.

Great property

Great room that is very new. Pros: furnishings, generous space, great shower, nice jacuzzi, attentive staff, mini refrigerator (not shown in property listing). Cons: water is not drinkable, property says "beachside" but there is no beach view (I didn't think the extra cost for beachside was worth it.)

Great and clean studio

The room is spacious, clean and offers all the comforts. 3 min walk from the beach. We had some issues with the payment and it was difficult to get answers from the property. The phone number provided both on the platform and on their website is incorrect, which created some problems for us to get the information we needed in advance. Helpful staff on the property.

Would stay here again! Lovely piece of gem that is in a quieter neighborhood but still a short walk to the nightlife of Zona Romantica/Centro. The stairs that lead right to a beach is conveniently located in front of the property. Very secure with locks/codes to get in to basically anywhere. The hot tub is a and something to look forward to in the morning & at after a long day. Unit we stayed in had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was hard to leave the bed/pillows every morning cuz it was so comfortable. Biggest shoutout to Salvador for his hospitality. He was so resourceful, genuine, communicative throughout the stay; he made it a breeze, from check in to check out!

This place was great! The room was a really good size, and the balcony was nice too with the hot tub. I stayed in Casita Mar. Lots of space for all your things and the bathroom was great as well! I enjoyed the area - close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. It is quite hilly and a lot of stairs if you take the stairs to the beach so be prepared for that! But the area was nice and quiet. They also supplied beach towels which was great. The host Salvador was helpful and responsive. They even kept my suitcase for me on the day I was leaving as my flight was later in the evening. Would stay again and recommend to others! Just be prepared for the hills and stairs. (Ubers available too)

Overall, we really liked this property. The positives included the location, access to the beach, and the property's walkability. The room was also very nice, with a cute patio area, where we upgraded to the hot tub room. We did have some frustrations with the property. The internet only worked for ~30% of our stay, and even when it was working, it dropped frequently. For someone who was trying to work, this was difficult. The hot tub was nice, but it wasn't really possible to get the temperature to the high 90s+, so it was more of a warm tub. The safe wasn't operational. Finally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, like a rock. If you like sleeping on cement, this is the mattress for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some misses were hard to overlook.

LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is new, safe, quiet and well appointed with your own balcony and hot tub. I booked a last minute trip to PV and looked at all of the popular places all the gays stay and got to reading the often sketchy and unpleasant things others said. Needless to say did not book the other places and went to Expedia to review the places that weren't too expensive and had good reviews. I stumbled upon Villa Tita because the reviews were all "execptional". I saw the rate/night along with the amenities and didn't think it was legit yet decided to book. The place sits right across the street from Almar (popular gay hotel where the Mantamar Pool club sits in front of). That being said,...you'll have lots of entertainment to choose from and a short stair climb down to all of the beach action. Downtown PV is about a 15 mins walk and I would say is probably the reason the cost of this place is so reasonable. Villa Tita has a very attentive hotel concierge guy that can arrange for the room cleanings (if needed) and have your water, coffee or provided fancy soaps/shampoo/bodywash replenished. Villa Tita has keyboards for heightened security and ease of use for their guests. The design of the place makes you feel like you're in the latest White Lotus episode. I was fortunate to have a room (all with balcony and a hottub) that also had a view of the ocean. The bed also was extremely comfortable.
