"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

O café da manhã, embora seja simples e sem muita variedade, nos satisfez bem. Foi um ótimo custo benefício e com certeza retornaremos. "El llegar es bellísimo. En medio del bosque, y en frente del lago. Lo único es que tienen un gato que se pasea por el hotel y creo que para los que no somos amantes de los gatos fue demasiado."

"Viajé sola con mis dos hijos y me pareció MUY buena opción. Excelente hotel. Vista increíble al lago, buena ubicación, excelente habitación, muy limpia, en perfecto estado y cómoda. Cocina muy completa. Jacuzzi al aire libre y estar en el jacuzzi mientras nieva es toda una experiencia. Desayuno completo y rico. Lo mejor fue su personal, todos muy amables y cordiales. Nicolás de la recepción, el señor de servicios generales, la mesera del desayuno… todos muy muy amables!! Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que el hotel no es cerrado entonces en invierno debes abrigarte para trasladarte al restaurante, piscina, jacuzzi, etc. Pero esto la verdad no es mayor inconveniente."
