"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"I had a wonderful stay and am very grateful for the help and great service. This place is a little gem and I'll come back one day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great.
