"I had a wonderful stay and am very grateful for the help and great service. This place is a little gem and I'll come back one day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great. "The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with large windows that showcase the natural beauty. Waking up to the mountains and birdsong is magical. Thoughtful details—from rustic interiors to quality bedding—create a warm, inviting atmosphere. What truly stands out is the hospitality. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, offering great local tips, delicious homemade breakfasts, and heartfelt conversations that make you feel at home. Perfectly located—secluded yet close to town and top sights—it’s an ideal base for exploring Patagonia or simply unwinding. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to return. "

Beautiful place

"The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place for this hotel in our memory now:)"
