「When we got to this property, we were very excited. It was beautifully located in the jungle and the rooms are individual huts. Very remote, very beautiful. We were pretty quickly surprised by the staff. Very few were helpful. We believe it’s because we don’t speak much Spanish, but we tried our best and even used translator apps and most staff just seemed annoyed with us. However, all was fine and well until a storm came. You would think they get lots of rain and have a plan in place....

We like the room settings, but the in-room WiFi was not working properly.」

「Very convenient, walking distance to visit Iguazu trails. Nice view in hotel.」

「People are very friendly and helpful」

「The place is nice enough. Unless you are an infant, you'll probably die of old age waiting for your food or drink orders to be filled. Breakfasts are good. The breakfast food quality is acceptable and it's buffet style, so you don't have to wait on the server to bring you the food. If you want a drink or food, I recommend taking an Uber into the city. You'll get it quicker than the staff here will deliver it, and it will probably be better quality. If you think that's an exaggeration, try it and...

「Very noisy.」

「Excelente lugar súper tranquilo. Lugar perfecto para llegar a descansar.」

「Great stay! Food was good …. We’re not as helpful and friendly….」

2. La habitación...
