Lovely Studio Appartment

Lovely, well equipped studio apartment with a balcony. Only stayed one night but would stay again and enjoy the pool and sun terrace. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

EXCELLENT

Superb reception staff - all of them. Regular (I believe daily) room cleaning service, with bed making & towel changes - so almost a hotel despite being a spacious studio apartment with balcony! Shower temperature control good.

Could have been better if it had stopped pouring with rain and I had not fallen down the stairs. The hotel us spotless. The staff are extremely helpful they could not do enough for us. It is spotlessly clean. We just wished that they had evening entertainment. The reception staf came to meet us as soon as they saw us walking in and if we had a bag they would take it to our roomfor us. Would always stay as this hotel.

I wanted to stay in central PDLC, and Bambi Appartments are smack in the centre of everything. You are not far from anything. Huge Hiperdino supermarket just around the corner. Check in was friendly and swift, and my studio was on the 4th floor on the sunny side (Teide View). As 4th is the top floor, and the weather quite good, the studio was like an owen, there was a fan available. A parasol on the balcony would be a huge relief, when aircon is not installed. The Studio itself was exactly as on the pictures, new and fresh, bed was comfy and the kitchenette had what one would need to cook. There is a tv with spanish channels, there was skynews for a few days before it disapeared. My studio had wifi which worked fine most of the time. Bathroom has a shower, unfortunately the water runs out on the floor which will not make it last for long. Shampoo is provided. The premises are kept clean, and rooms are cleaned everyday. For my 2 weeks duration my linnen was changed only one time (after 3 days), with the scorching heat it started to smell bad. I found staff to be friendly and helpful. Would stay again, requesting a room on the not so sunny side .

Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe zum Einkaufen und einen natürlichen Pool, in dem man morgens schwimmen kann. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, was es schwierig macht, bei Hitze einzuschlafen, und dass der Gefrierschrank im Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich mittelmäßig.

El aparcamiento en el mismo establecimiento es fundamental para alojarse aqui. Se requiere reserva con antelacion para el parking, pero con este tema resuelto, el apartamento es totalitario recomendable.

Positiv war das parken direkt an der Unterkunft da wir sonst ewig weit mit dem Gepäck gegangen wären, es war aber der letzte freie Parkplatz. Parken nur für kleine Autos möglich. Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Was nicht so toll war: als wir ins Zimmer kamen war die kaputte Nachttischlampe am Bett, ist ja noch ok, haben wir gemeldet, da wir es nicht waren. Dann aber zurück ins Zimmer gesehen, dass der Kühlschrank komplett ausläuft und alles voller Wasser ist. Daraufhin wurde uns angeboten in ein schlechteres Zimmer zu wechseln oder selbst zu reinigen, haben dann selbst alles aufgewischt und getrocknet. Hätte mir dafür zumindest gratis parken für 1 Nacht oder so gewünscht als entgegenkommen. Alles in allem würden wir leider nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Reception war um 14:30 nicht besetzt. Nach 15 Min.kam eine unfreundliche aeltere Dame und verlangte meinen Personalausweis. Meinen Reisepass akzeptierte sue nicht und verweigete das Check in und ich musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich nehme an, dass mein Zimmer schon belegt warm

Kein Hinweis, dass das Hotel mit dem PKW nicht zu erreichen ist, da keinerlei Parkplätze im weiten Umkreis vorhanden sind. Zum Ausladen des Reisegepäcks musste das Auto im Kreuzungsbereich im Halteverbot abgestellt werden. Kein Hinweis auf der Angebotsseite, dass die Buchung eines Parkplatzes möglich gewesen wäre. Da wir auf Nachfrage, wo wir am besten Parken können keine Antwort durch die zwar freundliche, aber offensichtlich uninteressierte Rezeptionistin - Standardantwort "das weiß ich nicht" - erhalten haben, stellten wir unseren Leihwagen im nächsten Parkhaus ab, Kosten 1,45 €/h. Erst am dritten Tag erfuhren wir von einer anderen Rezeptionistin auf Nachfrage, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt gibt. Frühstück sehr einfach und eintönig, 3 "Menüs", welche zwar tageweise zu wechseln waren, aber vermutlich auch nicht jedermanns Geschmack sind. Positiv war der Nescafe-kaffeeautomat und das freundliche Serviceteam. Positiv auch die Lage im Zentrum und der Hafennähe. Deutsche Sender könnten wir am Fernseher keine finden. Dass es auf den Zimmern kein W-Lan gibt, war für uns kein Problem. Mit kleinen technischen Schwierigkeiten hatten wir dennoch zu kämpfen und zwar mit den Lichtschaltern. Diese waren mit weißen LEDs bestückt, die man nicht wegschalten konnte. Keine Option für uns für eine nochmalige Buchung.

Boendet var jättebra för prisklassen. Toppenbra städning och trevlig personal. Det enda jag saknade var en fåtölj att sitta i på rummet. Men i det stora hela är jag supernöjd.

Prettige accommodatie, met aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt. Fijne nette en schone studio. Het zwembad is wat sfeerloos en de receptie met de daarbij behorende ruimte is wat gedateerd. Wat wel fijn was is dat er altijd iemand bij de receptie aanwezig was.
