Pieni kotoisa hotelli, hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Hyvä sijainti rannan tuntumassa. Kävellen lyhyt matka eri puolille vanhaa kaupunkia. Kadun puolen parvekehuoneesta näki vuorelle ja hiukan merelle. Voisin tulla uudestaankin, ilman koronaa.

Lovely hotel

Welcoming, friendly reception staff. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was good, I also thought the decor in the dining room was well thought out. Lovely pool on the roof, that caught the sun. Handy for the historical town centre and sea front. Would recommend.

Great location, right in the heart of town. Staff are all very cheerful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Very nice pool terrace on the roof top.

Oikein miellyttävä majoituskokemus lähellä Puerto de la Cruzin keskusaukiota, henkilökunta auttoi meitä monessa asiassa ja kaikki olivat ystävällisiä. Trivsamt och välskött

Trivsamt och välskött hotell som ligger väldigt centralt. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal . Frukosten är helt ok. Alla rum med balkong vetter mot gatan och där ligger en nattklubb så är man känslig för stojande människor på väg hem kl 4 på morgonen och en del trafik så ska man nog välja bort balkong .

Trevligt hotell för kortare semester.

Ett trevligt litet familjärt hotell. Väldigt trevlig personal som gjorde allt för att hjälpa till. Lite lyhört. Lite tråkig och enformig frukost men ändå helt ok. Uppvärmd pool på taket med både olika "vattenfall" och bubbelpool. Centralt läge med närhet till restauranger och affärer.

A jewel in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz.

Hotel in the middle of the town. Very fine roof sun terrace with pool/jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Rooms on front had a balcony but nose from the street (talkingf) in night. Could be quieter at the back. (Room 501 had a patio at the back). The street has parking but very lucky to find place. The main free parking area by the sea is large but you might have to walk 8 - 10 minutes (we were lucky and walked shorter). A taxi will drop you off at the hotel, one way or another, if you are driving it is not simple to find the way at first. We were there in the coldest part of the year. Don't know how it would be in the hottest.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück ist vielseitig und vollkommend ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Strasse. Gegenüber ist eine Bar. Nachts war es sehr laut und man ist immer wieder aufgewacht. Zum Glück hatte ich Ohrstöpsel mit. Deswegen einen Punkt Abzug. Aber sonst Top!

The hotel was well situated for the old town square and waterfront. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent without being overbearing. Breakfast was really good, but possibly needed some variation at times. I made use of the sun terrace and pool on the roof area, which was generally quiet and easy to relax. Only negative was the noisy music from the nearby open air night club especially around the weekend. Airport transfers are easy using the No.343 airport bus which you can get off about 5 mins from the hotel. Overall it was an excellent stay and a big thank you to the staff.

Albergo molto minimal ma decisamente preciso in ogni richiesta che il cliente fa. Stanze molto carine e pulite in modo impeccabile. Alla reception sanno parlare tutte le maggiori lingue europee (e forse anche di piú). L'unico punto a sfavore forse è il parcheggio, ma parcheggiando alle 14 e alle 20 lo si può molto facilmente (ovviamente se siete automuniti). Prezzi ottimi sia delle camere sia dei vari servizi. Presente piscina sul terrazzo molto carina.

El trato con el personal es excelente, son muy amables y resuelven cualquier imprevisto, incluso durante el apagon de Tenerife, el hotel dispone de un generador. El único punto negativo, los colchones que teniamos estaban un poco hundidos.

This is my third short stay in My City Hotel. It is situated very close to the centre of town and has a big supermarket very close by , on the same street. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. The shower is hot and has excellent water pressure. The reception staff are very friendly and will answer any questions

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Fantastic location especially if you are looking for a local experience. If you are driving in, parking is tough close to the hotel so please be prepared for that. Another surprise: the very warm bedroom and bathroom. Remember no ac here, just a fan. I got a 2nd fan and it solved the issue. The staff is just amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Looking forward to our next stay!
