Lugar muy tranquilo, áreas muy amplias, personal amable, en recepción muy atentos, las camas estuvieron cómodas, al ser un lugar natural puedes encontrar algunos insectos dentro de la habitación, pero en general bastante limpio. El spa muy recomendable, solo cuando es en pareja por las fechas navideñas, no todo el personal capacitado está disponible.

Las habitaciones eran super bonitas, como cabañitas, tienen un jacuzzi central padrisimo, de la carretera entras rapidisimo, ideal para bodas en San Agustin. El servicio extraordinario, todo el personal es super amable, hay estacionamiento junto. Pero si hay que caminar algo de recepción a las habitaciones, nada grave pero importante considerarlo. La alberca linda, el desayuno buffet también muy bueno.

Está muy bonito el lugar pero en la habitación que nos tocó se escucha mucho ruido de la habitación de arriba, puertas, cancel, etc. Y bueno de la habitación de al lado música a todo volumen desde muy temprano y gritos. Eso es porque hay gente que es un mal huésped.

Hermoso lugar para descansar.
El hotel es pequeño pero muy bonito. La habitación estaba impecable y la cama muy cómoda. El agua de la alberca tiene la temperatura perfecta aunque está un poco chica. La gente fue muy amable y tanto el check-in como la salida fueron muy ágiles. La comida del restaurante estaba muy sabrosa pero cierra muy temprano. El buffet del domingo tenía muy pocas opciones de comida y las 11 ya no había casi nada. La comida estaba rica pero estaba muy caro para lo que ofrecía. En general es una excelente opción para descansar y pasar tiempo en familia.
